- The Alumni Civil Engineering @ Universiti Sains Malaysia (ACE@USM) Association reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the ACE@USM.
- If ACE@USM refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.
- As all membership is a one-time payment, there is no re-occurrence payment for any type of membership.
- Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less RM 50 service fees.
- Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- All benefits and incentives received by participants must be canceled/returned to the ACE@USM.
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit cardholder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the member’s account via manual bank in method.
