Return & Refund Policy

  • The Alumni Civil Engineering @ Universiti Sains Malaysia (ACE@USM) Association reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the ACE@USM.

  • If ACE@USM refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

  • As all membership is a one-time payment, there is no re-occurrence payment for any type of membership.

  • Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less RM 50 service fees.

  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

  • All benefits and incentives received by participants must be canceled/returned to the ACE@USM.

  • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit cardholder.

  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the member’s account via manual bank in method.
