Moving towards a better future in the civil engineering field nowadays would be an exciting journey with participation from young women. Changing the world perspective upon these young engineers is such a great achievement to be chased. The Forum is a platform that brings together our Alumni in the civil engineering field to share their experience, knowledge, and skills. The Forum will discuss the main challenges facing young women civil engineers in general, with particular reference to the job scope and the working environment, and propose recommendations to take full advantage of young women’s contribution to the advancement of the profession and the community at large.

This reunion event is mainly aimed at sharing SoCE success stories and providing a platform to unite all alumni from various graduating classes for discussions, celebrations, and networking. This event is also in conjunction with ACE@USM AGM 2022
